To truly benefit her clients, Heidi opened her practice to like minded therapists and together they strive to provide an environment that is truly client centered. Thus R E N O V A Bodyworks was born:
a sanctuary for renewal and a safe haven from the hectic pace of the modern, busy world.
R E N O V A bodyworks is a collaborative environment for healing: a space where everyone – no matter their pain or affliction – is welcome and can participate in and benefit from healing and renewal.

Please take the time to ask us what we can do to improve your quality of life. We look forward to being a part of your wellness.
Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. All of us would be honored to take that journey with you and help you improve every step of the way
Your session may include a combination of Swedish, deep tissue and other techniques such as:
N M T – Neuromuscular Therapy (also known as Neuromuscular Release) – a soft, deep tissue manipulation to treat underlying causes of often chronic pain – Neuromuscular Therapy examines physiological factors that may create or intensify pain patterns: trigger point, ischemia, nerve entrapment, compression, and postural distortions.
Myofascial is a deep, soft tissue therapy using a range of pressure from gentle and sustained to more intense and involved – stretching the fascia to create intra-fascial space and reduce persistent adhesions. Often used to treat muscular dysfunction, loss of movement and the chronic pain that can go along with it.
Myofascial is much more involved and intense overall than Swedish.
With our Myofascial and Deep Tissue techniques, we exercise great skill and take special care in working within the limits of the client so that each is within their range of comfort during the treatment – as many clients have come to us after having received painful Deep Tissue experiences from another practice
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time. This intensive treatment provides additional techniques and extra pressure to enhance significant tissue change and focuses on problem areas – this is best type of massage for dealing with deeply seated issues and trouble spots. Long, slow deliberate strokes with focused pressure are a highlight of Deep Tissue therapy – which relieves chronic patterns of tension, and helps with muscle injuries.
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. Cold Stone Massage uses smooth, cool stones to help in areas of inflammation and is beneficial for skin toning.
Relaxing techniques applied to the feet or hands in order to address issues in the body systems based on pressure points. Pressure is at most moderate and little to no lotion is used.
Reiki is an energy healing practice that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body. Reiki promotes personal healing by promoting relaxation and whole body balance. This treatment is a non-invasive, interactive modality which accesses universal open energy to heal mind, body and spirit.
